Looking for a night out with great food and live music? Buell Street Bistro is the place to go. Located in Brockville, Ontario, the Buell Street 
Bistro offers an extensive menu, including fine wines, daily featured entrees, and decadent desserts. Also there are many gluten free choices.
I chose the mussels marniere and pecan baked brie for appetizers. They were a lovely complement to the 2012 Cotes du Rhone Red Reserve.
The dining room was cozy and comfortable. Our server, Andrea, was pleasant, attentive and knowledgeable. I have dined here 
before and I can honestly say that anything on the menu is a culinary sensation. I had the broiled salmon dinner entree, and it was made to perfection. I capped off the meal with the chocolate torte, and an Irish coffee. The entire meal was absolutely delicious!
There are multiple dining rooms to choose from, including one with a fireplace. There are also a couple of very cozy nooks, for 
more intimate dining. I requested a table nestled just off of the the full bar, which offered seating near the live band. The band was a duo featuring Sandy Wilson on guitar and Linda Crossfield on vocals, flute, and sax. The entertainment was delightful, and surprisingly, there was no cover charge! Linda is also the owner of the restaurant, and I had a chance to chat with her a bit when she visited our table. She has a special evening planned for Valentines Day and I will be sure to return.
The Buell Street Bistro offers an extraordinary dining experience, with expansive seating options. During the summer months there is a large out door dining area. This restaurant is the perfect venue for an intimate date night, girls night out, family dining, or an after hours office party.
